Gaofu S49-AC Series Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieves are deeply integrated with an ultrasonic mesh cleaning system based on Gaofu’s classic 3D rotary vibrating screen technology. The equipment uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor convert rotational motion into a multi-directional composite movement — horizontal, vertical and inclined — making materials move in an outward expanding involute trajectory on the screen surface for precise classification.

At the same time, the ultrasonic system converts 220V 50Hz electric energy into 36kHz high‑frequency power, which is turned into high‑frequency mechanical vibration via an ultrasonic transducer, superimposed on the low‑frequency rotary motion of the screen to form a unique composite vibration mode. This high‑frequency, low‑amplitude ultrasonic vibration instantly breaks the electrostatic adsorption and surface tension between powder particles, effectively dispersing agglomerated powder and keeping the screen highly permeable — reducing clogging by more than 90%.
